Darlene D. Chiang is a corporate and securities associate. Prior to joining LPS, she was a member of the legal department at Pay By Touch in San Francisco, where she primarily worked on matters in general corporate, privacy, intellectual property, employment and consumer protection laws. Prior to that, Ms. Chiang was an information security analyst at Oracle. Ms. Chiang received her undergraduate degree with honors in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley. She earned her J.D. from University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Chiang had her internship at the U.S. Department of Labor working on ERISA enforcement projects. Ms. Chiang is a member of the State Bar of California, and the Asian American Bar Association.

Ms. Chiang is actively involved in community services and volunteers for organizations such as the Asian American Law Alliance and the Peninsular Adolescent Services Center. She also serves as an Executive Committee member for the River of Life Foundation in Santa Clara, California. Ms. Chiang is a native of Shanghai, China. She speaks Mandarin and Shanghainese.
