Herman P. Scampini's practice focuses on sophisticated estate and gift tax planning, income, partnership, and corporate taxation, business entity formation and succession planning. He represents high net worth individuals, families and family offices, trusts, estates and closely held business entities.
Herm graduated from the University of San Francisco in 1960 with a B.S. degree in accounting, and received his J.D. degree from USF in l967. He worked with the Internal Revenue Service beginning in 1960. In 1969, he joined Janin, Morgan and Brenner, becoming a shareholder in 1972. In May of 2004, Herm retired to part-time Of Counsel status and joined Leland, Parachini in January of 2011.
