Leland R. Selna, Jr. practices all aspects of business law including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, business transactions and business litigation. Lee represents a wide range of clients, from small start-ups to large corporations. He has also served an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1955 and Boalt Hall School of Law in 1961. Lee is a leader in several bar organizations including the Bar Association of San Francisco, serving on its Board of Directors (1973-1975), chairing its delegation to the State Bar's Conference of Delegates, and later serving as Chair of that Conference. He was a member of the State Bar of California's Board of Governors (1980-1983) and since 1983 has served on the Board of Directors of the California Appellate Project, which provides appellate defense for indigent defendants in the criminal justice system.
He is a retired Captain in the United States Naval Reserve and is active in civic affairs.
