Neil E. Taxy practices general business, intellectual property, and real estate law.

He is a 1978 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, where he was Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Taxy graduated from the University of California, Boalt Hall, in 1983, where he concurrently received a master's degree in public policy. He is a member of the California State Bar Sections in Real Property, Intellectual Property, and Environmental Law.

A civic leader, Mr. Taxy serves on several non-profit educational and religious boards of directors and was a Wexner Heritage Fellow.

He advises clients on a broad range of business transactions, including matters relating to real property, trademark, copyright, and licensing. His clients include software creators and distributors, large apparel, national food industry manufacturers and retailers and a national travel agency. He also advises a full range of real estate investors with multi-million dollar portfolios as well as small, family investments.
