Steven H. Bovarnick is a seasoned litigator and transaction attorney, representing businesses and individuals from throughout the Bay Area in all aspects of their legal service needs.

Steve is a 1978 graduate of the University of Washington, majoring in Business Administration - Finance, and a 1981 graduate of the Golden Gate University School of Law. From 1984 to 2008, Steve operated the law firm, Hunter and Bovarnick. Steve has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level and before administrative agencies and tribunals. Steve represents corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships, providing legal services relating to real estate transactions, business development, employment matters, commercial disputes, licensing, business formation, and corporate governance. Representative clients include real estate brokers, sales agents, real estate developers, moving and storage companies, general contractors, and specialty contractors. Steve also represents individuals, performing legal services on a wide range of issues including real estate sales, leases, and estate planning. Steve is a member of the California State Bar Sections in Real Property Law and Trusts and Estates.

Steve provides advice to the Bar Association of San Francisco's Homeless Advocacy Project, represents individuals through the Bar Association of San Francisco's Volunteer Legal Services Program, performs pro-bono service to several non-profit organizations, and served on the board of a non-profit educational institution.
