Edward V. Pollack specializes in the organization, operation, and reorganizations of privately held businesses. Ed is experienced in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, commercial law, distribution matters, and the preparation of agreements with respect to the needs of business entities and their operations. In addition, Mr. Pollack has extensive experience in estate planning and taxation matters, and is skilled in designing estate plans for business owners. Ed also assists employers in employment matters including stock options, employee handbooks, severance issues, and employment contracts. Ed has served on the California State Bar Corporations Committee and formerly served as an arbitrator for the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Ed graduated from University of California at Berkeley in 1962 and from University of California Boalt Hall.
