Harvey L. Gould is a 1966 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and a 1969 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law. Before joining Cerf, Robinson & Leland in 1972, Harvey practiced with a large San Francisco law firm for two years. Prior to entering private practice, he clerked for a Justice of the Illinois Court of Appeals for two years. Harvey has considerable commercial and banking litigation experience and has been involved in numerous negotiations, arbitrations, and trials in both state and federal courts. He also handles loan work-outs and creditors' remedies.
