Lissa L. Rapoport is one of two partners in the firm’s family law department. Lissa practices both family law and estate planning. Her family law practice includes mediation, collaborative law, negotiating premarital and post marital agreements, providing special master services, negotiation of custody and parenting plans, and complex financial and support negotiations and litigation. Her estate planning practice includes working with high net worth and blended families.
Lissa graduated from University of California, Davis (B.A., Psychology and Sociology 1989), and Golden Gate University School of Law (J.D., 1992). She is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Francisco Bar Association – Family Law Section, the Marin County Bar Association – Family Law Section, Queens Bench, the San Francisco and Marin Collaborative Law Groups and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).
Lissa served as judge protempore for the Pro Per Calendar and for settlement conferences in Solano County from 1993-1995. Lissa serves as a private mediator, parenting coordinator/special master and serves regularly as a settlement conference master for the Superior Court of San Francisco.
