Ravi David Sahae is a litigator and general counsel who specializes in real estate litigation, construction contract and defect disputes, and business matters of all sorts. Although Ravi (pronounced like “Chevy”) handles litigation at every stage through trial, appeal, and enforcing the judgment, his practice focuses on the tactical use of discovery and motion procedure to win cases efficiently, and obtain favorable settlements, without going to trial.
Ravi’s clients include commercial landlords and tenants, property owners and managers, developers, contractors and subcontractors, brokers, homeowners, lenders and borrowers. Ravi also represents businesses, investors, and professionals in a wide range of fields, including the food service, tech, health, and retail industries. (Ravi likes to say that almost every human endeavor touches on real estate in some way, because we don’t live and work in the sky).
Ravi was a music major at UCLA, where he studied trombone and marched in the UCLA Marching Band. Outside of work, he plays in the Symphony Parnassus (aka the “Doctor’s Orchestra,” a San Francisco institution), as well as the Tribal Blues and Funk Band, a ten-piece power blues band that gets funky up and down the Peninsula and throughout the Bay Area.
