Spencer Chen assists individuals, couples and families with estate planning, wills and trusts, probate administration, and trust administration. His practice also includes advising clients in business formations and transactions.
Spencer enjoys developing and implementing comprehensive estate plans for his clients, and assisting them in preparing for and securing their future. He also advises clients in both the legal and practical aspects of trust and probate administration, compassionately helping them to move forward with their lives while properly handling their loved ones’ estates.
Prior to attending law school, Spencer was employed at an entrepreneurial higher education non-profit organization where he assisted in growing the organization from only a handful of employees to a staff of over 100. This experience has given Spencer invaluable practical insights into the business needs of entities both large and small.
Spencer is an avid soccer player and enthusiastic volunteer with Team in Training (an endurance running and fundraising team supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society), having finished several marathons and looking forward to many more.
