Nina P. Kwan is recently retired from LPS where she practiced general business, banking and real estate law.
She is a graduate of Cornell University (cum laude with honors) and Georgetown University Law Center. Nina represented business owners, closely held corporations and entities in all aspects of business law, including entity formation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and contract review and negotiation. She also advised financial institutions on corporate and regulatory matters and worked on international transactions for foreign owned companies earlier in her career.
Nina has also assisted national retailers, banks, manufacturing companies and commercial landlords and corporate tenants on real estate financing issues, purchase and sales and lease transactions. Nina enjoyed working on diverse transactions with her business and real estate clients and feels fortunate to have served them.
