Nina P. Kwan practices in the areas of business, banking and real estate law. She represents high-tech and closely-held corporations in all aspects of business law. Her banking practice includes advising financial institutions on corporate and regulatory matters and assisting banks on transactions, including loans, work-outs and other credit transactions. Nina represents a number of foreign-owned companies on general corporate, business and licensing matters. Nina has represented national retailers, banks, manufacturing companies and commercial landlords and corporate tenants on real estate financing issues, purchase and sales and lease transactions.
Nina received her J.D. in 1983 from Georgetown University Law Center, while serving as a staff member of The Tax Lawyer. In addition to the California State Bar, Nina has also practiced in Washington State.
